To make sure the quality of ZCP products, we fulfill the self-inspection, mutual inspection, and patrol inspection management control from raw materials to production, and also cooperate with the back-end complete inspection, partial inspection and factory inspection.




Quality system
Our company has a well-established quality management system and has passed ISO15378(ISO9001+GMP), ISO17025 and US FDA DMF certifications.









Quality Inspection and Central Laboratory
The total area of our laboratory is about 2500㎡, our company plans to invest more than 20 million yuan to build an engineering technology research center that integrates the development, testing and research of pharmaceutical packaging materials.

ZCP company's laboratory was approved by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It is mainly responsible for the testing of the pharmaceutical glass, the raw materials of caps, semi-finished products and finished products, as well as the research experiments on pharmaceutical glass and newly pharmaceutical packaging materials.
● It is responsible for the detection of the ingredients of the raw materials for medicinal glass and the incoming materials of the raw materials for caps;
● It is responsible for the monitoring of semi-finished products in the production process, such as the expansion coefficient, boron content, particle water resistance and other physical and chemical properties of the glass tues;
● It is responsible for the water resistance, cold resistance, temperature difference resistance and other physical and chemical properties of pharmaceutical glass vials, also responsible for the monitoring of the cap's physical and chemical properties;
● To study the production of pharmaceutical glass, research on the compatibility of pharmaceutical glass and pharmaceuticals, mainly to study the migration of pharmaceutical glass components in pharmaceuticals, to study the degree of erosion on the surface of glass, and to study the tendency of detachment of the glass inner surface;
