Amber Pharmaceutical Ampoules refers to a fusion-sealable hard glass container, which is often used to store injection medicines, vaccines, serums, etc. Commonly used are straight neck and curved neck. The capacity is generally 1-25ml. It is often used for injection liquids and also for the packaging of oral liquids. It is helpful to check the clarity of the liquid medicine. Amber glass ampoules are suitable for medicines that require shading. Amber can filter out ultraviolet rays and is suitable for photosensitive drugs. The amber ampoules contain iron oxide.
Annex The Test for Breaking Force
Definition: The breaking force is the force to be applied to separate the ampoule neck from the bottle.
Instrument: Accuracy is 0.1 N, should have the following characteristics:
Test speed v: 10 mm/min
The measurement range of force: 0~200N
The test device is shown in Figure 1.
