Composition of Polymer Prefillable Syringe
The polymer prefillable syringe is composed of polymer material barrel，plunger stopper， plunger rod，booster and protective cap，and is packed in a nest box.
1.Polymer material barrel：it is mainly made of COP materials，which are cyclic olefin polymer.The needle barrel is divided into a needle and a standard Luer taper.
2.Plunger stopper：mainly material is halogenatedbutyl rubber，and the assembly methods are snap-fit and threaded. Processing forms include ordinary and laminated.
3.Power handle：the contact area of the flange seat of the polymer preflllable syringe is small In order to faclitate the medical staff to use it quickly，accurately and conveniently，the cards lot booster handle is specially designed which is composed of polypropylene and elastomer materials.
4.Plunger rod：the main material is polypropylene，and others include polystyrene and polyester ect. The top of the push rod is connected with the piston，and there are two connection forms：thread and slot. The thrust end of the push rod is made of pure polypropylene，and there are also polypropylene plus elastomer materials.
5.Luer taper tip cap：the structure of the protective cap adopts ISO Luer taper，and the materials are butyl rubberand butyl rubber plus polypropylene shell. In the process of using the protective cap of the polypropylene shell structure，it is easy to damage the interface of the polymer prefill ablesyringe by excessive torque.The protect caps of the polymerpre fillable syringes are pure butyl rubber products.
6.Nest board nest box：the prefillable syringe is inserted in the nest plate and stored in the nest box.The nest board materil is mainly made of polypropylene，and the nest box material is mainy made of polystyrene.
