Product Description:
1. Good quality neutral borosilicate glass tubular clear and amber ampoules.
2. We supply neutral borosilicate glass tubular clear and amber ampoules: 1ml,2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 7ml, 8ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml,25ml,30ml and so on.
3. Custom printing can be printed on neutral borosilicate glass tubular clear and amber ampoules.
4. Color point, color ring can be printed. Break mark, break-line, point cut can be printed.

[Hydrolytic resistance of interior surfaces] To measure is according to the tests and classification for hydrolytic resistance of interior surfaces (YBB00242003—2015), it should meet the Class HC1.
[Acid resistance] * To measure it according to the first method of test for resistance to attack of glass by boiling hydrochloric acid (YBB00342004-2015), it should meet the Class 1; or according to the second method of test for resistance to attack of glass by boiling hydrochloric acid (YBB00342004- 2015), the release of alkaline oxide must not exceed 100 pg/dm2.
[Alkaline resistance] * To measure it according to the test for resistance to attack of glass by boiling aqueous solution of mixed alkali (YBB00352004-2015), should not be less than Class 2.
[Internal stress] To measure it according to the test of internal stress (YBB00162003-2015). The optical path difference caused by the maximum permanent internal stress after annealing shall not exceed 40nm/mm.
[Circle Run-out] To measure it according to the test for vertical axis deviation (YBB00192003-2015), this should meet the requirements of Table 1.

Note: Circle run-out is the maximum value of change in the outer diameter around the axis of the bottle.
[Breaking Force] To test it according to the method specified in Annex 2. The breaking force of the ampoule should meet the values specified in Table 2. After the ampoule is broken, the breaking surface should be flat (the surface should not have sharp protrusions, gaps and cracks which length should not exceed the shoulder of the ampoule).
