l ·Ensuring a thorough reconciliation process from receipt to disposition and/or destruction.
l Establishing detailed procedures to manage count discrepancies.
l Securing the returned product throughout its transportation and handling from the point it leaves the customer until its final disposition.
l ·Designating employees to witness receipt/counting of deliveries. For high-value and controlled substances，the act of destruction should be witnessed or captured on video forfuture reference.
l ·Segregating all suspect products in a controlled environment. Ensuring adequate physical security at the returns processing location，including establishing a controlled space for returns，installing cameras for routine monitoring，and employing other measures，such as guards，access control points，fenced facilities，and screened and trained employees.
